This is very similar to the yogic three-part breath, but the way John teaches is so clear and easy to understand. He explains the techniques in writing with graphics, in video, and with analogies that help it stick in my mind, along with practical exercises to experience each stage of the process. It always felt a little mechanical before. Now, thanks to this course, it's a beautiful meditation. Superb. I'm looking forward to diving deeper in the Small Universe Instructor Course later this year.
