Brilliant overview of breathing
Brilliant to review all of this at the end of the instructors course. Despite having meditated for over 25 years and attended many silent 10 day meditation retreats, as well as practicing yoga, I never never explored breathing so thoroughly or indeed breathed so deeply. It was invaluable to me recovering from Covid. Should be taught to every child and adult. Imagine how much more alert, energised and relaxed we would all be.
