Live Online Qigong Classes

Weekly guided sessions   •   Practice library      Free one-month trial

Join our live online qigong classes and develop a regular, enjoyable qigong practice from home. These sessions offer a simple supported way to explore qigong and develop your personal practice — whether you are just beginning or already have experience. Each class includes guided practice, exploration of the finer details of the exercises, and time for questions and discussion.

A Growing Library of Qigong Practices

All live sessions are recorded and made available to subscribers. This allows you to revisit sessions you enjoyed, practice again at your own pace, or explore classes you were unable to attend live. Over time, these recordings will build into a substantial library of guided qigong practices that you can return to regularly as part of your ongoing practice between live sessions. Subscribers will always have access to all recent sessions, along with a curated collection of key recordings from earlier classes. This keeps the library focused and easy to navigate, while preserving many of the most valuable practices from past sessions.

What's Included

  • At least one live class each week, and often more.
  • Explore a wide range of qigong practices as we work with different exercises and practices over time.
